The Centre for Innovation Acceptance and Transformation (ZENIT) provides impetus for innovation research that focuses on users, and for the participatory design of transformation. It is characterised by user-oriented analysis of innovations and technologies, stakeholder participation through participatory instruments, and the design of transformation processes that take opportunities and risks into account. The spokesperson for the Competence Centre is Prof. Dr. Katrin Allmendinger, and the deputy spokesperson is Prof. Dr. Patrick Müller.
