This master’s thesis explores the integration of bioswales into Stuttgart’s urban environment using digital tools such as Civil 3D and InfoDrainage. The project develops a practical toolbox for designing and evaluating bioswales, demonstrating their potential to reduce runoff, control peak flows, and enhance urban resilience. Beyond stormwater management, bioswales contribute to biodiversity, recreation, and sustainability, aligning with Smart City Solutions.
