The Keltersiedlung from the 1930s in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen shows a typically high need for renovation and deficits in the floor plan design for that period. An integrated neighbourhood energy master plan was drawn up, which combines the energy and ecological objectives with social and economic requirements and design.
The Stuttgarter Wohnungs- und Städtebaugesellschaft (SWSG) owns a large part of the apartments in the Celtic settlement. It accompanies and supports the project with regard to the topics of neighbourhood energy concept and social management.
