Starting your studies well prepared!

Have you been accepted to study at HFT Stuttgart? Congratulations! Start your studies well prepared: The Service Centre for competence-based & innovative Learning & Teaching, in cooperation with the Bachelor's programmes and the central university facilities, organises a unique Orientation Week before lectures begin.

The orientation week focuses on three goals:

Get to know the HFT Stuttgart

During the Orientation Week you will have the opportunity to get to know the university, the individual institutions, your lecturers and other students. Even before the actual start of your studies you can establish valuable contacts.

Project work

In small project groups you will deal with project tasks related to your degree programme. In addition to your professional competence, your ability to work in a team and to do research as well as the presentation and visualisation of the results are required and practised..

Vier Studenten lernen zusammen

Learn how to study

Do you know what kind of learner you are? If not, you will have the opportunity to learn more about your own learning in a so-called learning type analysis. You will also deal with learning techniques and strategies.
