International Congress on Smart Cities and Sustainable Societies
From 24 to 26 November 2026, HFT Stuttgart will host the 12th International Academic Studies Congress (ASC 2026 / FALL). Under the main theme “Smart Cities and Sustainable Societies,” the congress will bring together researchers and practitioners from a broad range of academic disciplines.
The congress will be held in a hybrid format. Participants can present and discuss their research either in person at HFT Stuttgart or online.
Interdisciplinary Academic Exchange
The congress particularly welcomes researchers from the social sciences and humanities, engineering, health sciences, and applied sciences. It provides an international platform for presenting current research, discussing cross-disciplinary perspectives, and fostering new collaborations.

Call for Papers
Researchers from all academic disciplines are invited to submit their work. Abstracts must be between 100 and 300 words.
Important dates:
Accepted and presented abstracts will be published in the electronic Congress Abstract Book. Publication options for full papers include conference proceedings with ISBN and DOI and, subject to editorial selection and peer review, additional academic outlets.
The congress organizers intend to submit the conference proceedings for evaluation for inclusion in Web of Science. Indexing is not guaranteed.
