RE:ALEXIS – Where history shapes the future

The former spa resort, which has lain unused for 30 years, is emerging from its slumber as part of the Morada Hotel. Re:Alexis stands for diversity, flexibility and sustainability. A new cultural hub for young and old alike is being created, offering a wide range of activities. The historic building stock is treated with respect and complemented with innovative structural elements. In line with the principles of circular construction, damaged components are reused and integrated into other areas of the project. This results in a sustainable and forward-looking Re:Alexis.

The project was supervised by Prof. Volkmar Bleicher, Prof. Dr Uli Jakob, Prof. Sebastian Jehle, Prof. Martin Stumpf, Prof. Dr Kathy Meiss and Prof. Manuel Rausch.
