[Hybrid]Forum 12 explores how design, communication, and knowledge processes in architecture are changing in the context of increasing digitalization and virtuality—and how embodied knowledge in motion (e.g., as gestures or interactions) can be methodically captured, communicated, and archived as a design resource in hybrid, digitally and virtually augmented spaces. A distinctive feature of the format is the combination of academic lectures, artistic-performative practice, and technical implementation in the XR+LAB. The aim is to facilitate hybrid forms of presentation alongside traditional contributions and to experiment with a “living archive” as a spatially experiential form of knowledge.
