Prompting the Future – HFT between Human and AI
This year's theme, "Prompting the Future — HFT between Human and AI", invites us to reflect on a pressing question: How do we reimagine learning and teaching at HFT in an age increasingly shaped by Artificial Intelligence? The 2026 Week of Learning and Teaching welcomes students, academic staff, employees and researchers who want to play an active role in shaping the future of our institution.
Three perspectives to explore:
→ Prompting the Student: How do we equip students with the critical AI skills they will need?
→ Prompting the Lecture: How are AI tools transforming our teaching and learning practices and what does this mean for us?
→ Prompting the Collaboration: How can humans and machines work together in ways that are both creative and productive?
Look forward to a rich and varied programme of workshops, demonstrations, and lightning talks, all exploring how AI is shaping teaching, research, and learning at HFT.
