Brain Snack in winterterm 19/20

The interactive lunch-break

On 26.11.2019, the Business Psychology Laboratory organised for the second time a interactive brain snack during lunch break.

After the success of the first Brain Snack in May 2019, the demand for another event was great. However, in order to make the format a little more varied, this time it was the turn of professors and staff to present their exciting projects during a joint interactive lunch break.

In a small poster exhibition in front of the digital infoboard, a total of four projects were presented and discussed over culinary delights.

Thematically, the focus was on a wide variety of research areas. For example, Prof. Dr. Patrick Müller explained how companies can actively support career parents and what influence the partner's support has on the company's own perceived support. Prof. Dr. Uta Bronner, on the other hand, devoted herself entirely to the topic of "agility" and, in particular, to the question: What makes a good SCRUM Master?

Finally, all those present had the opportunity to discuss the projects and project results with their fellow students, but also with the lecturers.

We would like to thank all active participants as well as all visitors for the nice common event and are already looking forward to the next Brain Snack!
