The aim of the OberLOHNT sich! concept ("Oberlohnt sich!") is to restructure the Oberlohn commercial area in the west of Constance and create a productive commercial district that is once again worthwhile for the city, its residents and businesses! The concept envisages a close link between universities and the economy in order to create new economic pillars. A central green corridor, a traffic concept with a reduction in private transport and urban development measures are intended to improve the quality of life in the district and establish it as a sustainable flagship project.
