On September 28, 2023, master's students in the Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics master of science degree program celebrated their graduation.
In a glittering graduation ceremony, the graduates of the international, English-language master's degree program in Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics at HFT Stuttgart celebrated the successful completion of their studies.
Friends, acquaintances and families filled the auditorium of the University of Applied Sciences, and amid applause, graduates Ershad Ahmat Rafi, Mostofa Amir Faisal, Annan Boah Evans, Sourav Karmaker, Diego Satián, Juan Sebastian Sardi Barzallo, Shailesh Shrestha and Valentin Uwishema were invited on stage by Prof. Dr. Iris Belle and honored by Dean of Studies Prof. Dr. Paul Rawiel.
In his graduation speech, Prof. Dr. Dietrich Schröder, Head of the Geomatics Department, congratulated the graduates and praised their commitment, perseverance and abilities to work in an international and intercultural team: "You can be proud of your success!"
A short survey shows that the graduates of the Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics program are also successful in their job search: the first of them have already found permanent employment in well-known German companies and started working. Another option the graduates have is to pursue a doctorate at the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences. Prof. Dr. Schröder also invited alumni to stay in contact with the DAAD and the HFT Stuttgart. Also honored were graduates of the General Management, International Project Management, Smart City Solutions and Software Technology degree programs.
