Die HFT ist im Rahmen der ERA-Fellowships des BMBF als Gasteinrichtung vertreten und hilft mit, den Europäischen Forschungsraum (ERA) zu stären. Dieses Programm wird vom BMBF finanziert und hat zum Ziel, junge Wissenschaftsmanager insbesondere aus osteuropäischen Ländern zu qualifizieren.
The aim is for science managers to network better across national borders, exchange best practices and ultimately facilitate future cooperation in teaching and research in the service of science.
Mrs Ursula Müller represented the HFT at the Campus Week in Bonn from 10.02.2020 to 18.02.2020 and established contacts with the tandem partners of the other funded projects. The topics covered were the European Research Area, European research policy, internationalisation of universities and, in particular, research strategies and the new European research framework programme Horizon Europe. Ursula Müller, the dean's office speaker, gave a lecture on her further education course "Higher Education and Science Management" at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences and reported on her career and professional experience.

In connection with this program, Ms. Anna Kowalska from the University of Lodz (Poland) will be an intern at the HFT in April and May 2020. She will gain an insight into the processes in the Dean's office of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Building Physics and Economics and contribute her experience in the internationalisation of Faculty B.
