The second speaker in this new lecture series is Nicola Borgmann from Architekturgalerie München. The lecture will be making a guest appearence on Wednesday, 18 June 2025 at 7pm at Häfele Blackbox, Naststraße 15b, 70376 Stuttgart (in the Römerkastell).

Nicola Borgmann (BDA, DASL) works internationally as a curator, engineer, and art historian. Her practical work is complemented by research, publications, and teaching. As director of the Architekturgalerie München, she has been curating exhibitions and events on current topics in building culture since 1995. In recognition of her work, she received the Bavarian Architecture Prize from the Bavarian Chamber of Architects in 2011 and the Architecture Prize of the City of Munich in 2018. Nicola Borgmann complements her practical work with teaching, research and publications. She has taught at the Technical University of Munich, the Akademie der Bildenden Künste München, the EIABC in Addis Ababa and, since 2019, at the University of Zuerich.
