Application of exchange students

Exchange students from HFT partner universities usually can be enrolled for a limited period of up to two semesters. If you are studying at a university that is not a partner university of the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences, you have the possibility to apply with the status "Freemover".

Steps to a successful application for exchange students

Nomination by the partner university to

  • by 15 April for the following winter semester
  • by 15 October for the following summer semester
  • Nominated students will receive all application documents and further information on the language course and accommodation by e-mail.

Application by the student
