News

May 31, 2022: Back to normal opening hours as of June 1.

  • The university's opening hours will be extended to the "pre-Corona opening hours" of 07:00 - 23:00 from Monday to Friday in the central campus buildings (1-4 as well as 8) from Wednesday, 01 June. On Saturdays, access for study purposes is possible with chip cards.

April 1, 2022: Information about the summer semester 2022

  • The summer semester 2022 will take place in attendance.
  • In order to protect students, lecturers and staff, the HFT Stuttgart will continue to require masks in lectures after 2 April. Lecturers may remove the masks during their lecture.
  • In addition, we would like to ask you to continue wearing the mask in all other parts of the university buildings as part of mutual consideration.
  • The obligation to present a 3G status and the random checks carried out so far will no longer apply to all university staff.
  • Due to the current high numbers of infections, we ask all university members to continue to be tested regularly.
  • In the event of a Corona infection, students must immediately report it to corona@hft-stuttgart.de and employees to arbeitssicherheit@hft-stuttgart.de. Further information on the individual reporting components can be found here: "What do I have to do in case of a Corona infection".
  • The current quarantine and isolation rules for infected persons and immediate contacts are ten days, with the possibility of early free testing after seven days. A shortening is currently being examined by the ministries and the RKI. Questions & Answers

In order to identify and inform those persons (students, employees and guests) who have had contact in the case of confirmed infections, all cases must be reported to the direct supervisor and the Rectorate at arbeitssicherheit(at)hft-stuttgart.de 

Students please send an e-mail with the following information to corona(at)hft-stuttgart.de:

  • Date of symptoms as well as test result
  • Last visit at the HFT
  • Attended lectures
  • Indication, if Corona-Warn-App is used
